This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use the App, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the App you agree to the collection and use of information as described here.
1. Information You Provide to Us
- Account information. If you create an account, we collect your email address and a password. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider and are never visible to us in plain text.
- Profile information. You may optionally provide a company name and phone number to complete your profile.
- Fabric calculations. Fabric details you save (such as warp/weft entries, weights, and costs) are stored in your account so you can access them across devices.
- Feedback. If you send feedback through the App, we receive the message you write and, if you choose to share it, your email address.
You can use the App's calculator as a guest without creating an account; saving fabrics requires an account.
2. Information Collected Automatically
- Device and usage data. Device model, operating system version, app version, language, general (coarse) location derived from IP, and in-app events such as screens viewed. This is collected via Google Firebase Analytics to help us understand how the App is used and to improve it.
- Advertising data. Our advertising partners may collect device identifiers (such as the IDFA, only with your permission — see Section 4), IP address, and ad interaction data to serve and measure ads.
- Push notification token. If you allow notifications, a push token is generated so we can send you messages (see Section 5).

4. Advertising, Tracking Permission and Consent
The App is free and supported by advertising.
- App Tracking Transparency (iOS). On first use the App may ask for permission to track you across other companies' apps and websites. If you allow it, your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) is used to show you personalized ads. If you decline, you will still see ads, but they will not be personalized using the IDFA. You can change this anytime in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
- Consent for EEA/UK users. If you are in a region where consent is required (such as the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom), a consent form is shown before personalized ads are served, and you may decline or change your choice later from within the App.
5. Push Notifications
With your permission, we may send push notifications such as app updates or announcements. You can disable notifications at any time in iOS Settings → Notifications.
6. How We Use Information
- To provide the App's features, including saving and syncing your fabric calculations;
- To operate, maintain, and improve the App;
- To display and measure advertising that keeps the App free;
- To respond to your feedback and support requests;
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your saved fabric data for advertising.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
- Your account and saved fabrics are kept for as long as your account exists.
- You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at the email address in Section 11. We will complete the deletion within 30 days.
- Analytics and advertising data are retained according to the policies of the third-party providers listed in Section 3.
8. Security
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and stored with reputable cloud providers. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
9. Children's Privacy
The App is a professional tool intended for adults working in the textile industry. It is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
10. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

12. Changes to This Policy
